Trish Sears began her real estate career at Tamarack Resort in January 2008, working with BAG Development and the Fairmont Tamarack. In 2015, she co-founded and became co-owner of Tamarack Realty, Inc., alongside Beverly and Michael Anderson, owners of McCall Real Estate Company for over 22 years. In 2019, Trish took on the role of Designated Broker and co-owner of Tamarack Realty LLC, expanding her expertise across the region.

Trish is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, whether they are looking for a resort, waterfront, or investment property. She navigates the dynamically changing markets with in-depth knowledge of the local communities and real estate trends. Trish credits her success to surrounding herself with a solid network of professionals, including title companies, lenders, transaction coordinators, property managers, and maintenance staff, ensuring every detail is expertly handled.

Specializing in resort and waterfront properties, Trish also has experience in short sales, foreclosures, and 1031 Exchange transactions. Her clients appreciate her listening skills, strong negotiation tactics, and accessibility, creating great experiences well beyond the transaction’s completion.

When she’s not working, Trish enjoys skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, trail running, surfing, and water skiing. She loves spending time with her family and connecting with the many friends and homeowners she has worked with in Tamarack and the surrounding areas.
