With 34 years of experience in real estate, Mike Anderson is the Designated Broker at McCall Real Estate. He specializes in facilitating win-win transactions and providing unparalleled support to his agents. As an Accredited Buyer Representative, Mike’s expertise has contributed to his brokerage being ranked as the top producer for many of the past 25 years.

Mike has worked in Idaho for 28 years, with three years in Boise and 25 years in McCall. He is a huge fan of the high quality of life, abundant recreational opportunities, and the friendly, supportive community that make McCall a highly desirable place to live and work. Mike is a lifelong adventurer with a passion for exploration and learning. He is an avid hiker, cyclist, motorcycle racer, sailor, and power boater. As a commercially rated private pilot, former flight instructor, and certified airframe and powerplant mechanic, Mike has a deep connection to aviation. He served on the McCall Airport Advisory Committee for eight years and developed an acclaimed aviation safety product.

Mike’s approach to client service is thorough and attentive. He listens closely to his clients’ needs and offers suggestions to improve their buying or selling experience. He also identifies potential issues that clients may not have noticed, providing constructive solutions. In addition to his real estate career, Mike has founded and operated multiple successful commercial enterprises. He was instrumental in creating the McPaws Regional Animal Shelter, serving as board president for its first decade. Mike also helped establish the Ponderosa Center educational and cultural initiative, where he recruited the initial board of directors and served as the first president.
