Lolo Nelson was born and raised in a small town in the French Alps, a place much like McCall. Her mountain upbringing fostered a lifelong love for the outdoors, which continues to shape her lifestyle today. After completing her secondary education, Lolo took a gap year before attending university in Chambery. This decision led her to Incline Village on the shores of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where she worked as an au pair. During this time, she met her husband, a meeting that paved the way for her new life in the United States. In 1999, she and her husband made McCall their permanent home, where they enjoy the year-round outdoor activities that make the community special. Lolo proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2001, one of her most meaningful accomplishments.

Lolo began her real estate career in 2005 with the Crawford Company before joining the Whitetail Club, where she honed her sales skills for five years. Since 2011, she has expanded her focus to the wider Valley County market, helping clients across the region find their perfect homes. Lolo brings passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every transaction, treating her clients like family and building lasting relationships. She’s committed to helping her clients find their version of perfection in Idaho, just as she has.

In her free time, Lolo enjoys skiing, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, tennis, lake surfing, and playing a bit of “bad” golf around McCall. She’s always eager to share the joys of Idaho living with her clients.
