Phil Yribar has over 30 years of experience in real estate, specializing in residential, waterfront, luxury, second home, land, investment, and commercial properties. He holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Guild Member designations, reflecting his expertise in high-end properties. Phil is actively involved in the real estate industry, staying current through membership in two Idaho MLS/Boards, networking, research, and continuing education.

With more than three decades in the McCall area, Phil has an in-depth understanding of the region’s friendly atmosphere, recreational venues, and special features. As part of The Yribar Team, he works with two other licensed agents, providing comprehensive real estate services for both buyers and sellers. The team includes a professional photographer/videographer with an FAA commercial drone license, ensuring properties are presented with top-quality visuals.
