JoEllen Yribar brings over 30 years of experience to her role as a Realtor Associate Broker, specializing in residential, waterfront, luxury, second home, land, investment, and commercial properties. She holds esteemed designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Guild Member, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

She has lived and worked in the McCall area for over three decades. JoEllen offers clients invaluable insight into the region’s friendly atmosphere, numerous recreation opportunities, and unique local features. Outside of real estate, JoEllen enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, figure skating, and hiking with her German Shepherd. She has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including President of the Mountain Central Association of Realtors, U.S. Figure Skating Coach, and positions with a Big 6 accounting firm, a stock brokerage, and as a women’s fashion Buyer for 30 stores. A proud Idaho resident for over 50 years, JoEllen brings professionalism, performance, and a deep passion for helping people to every real estate transaction.

As part of The Yribar Team, JoEllen works alongside two other licensed agents to deliver comprehensive real estate services for both buyers and sellers. Their team includes a Realtor Associate Broker, a Realtor Sales Associate, and a professional photographer/videographer with an FAA commercial drone license, ensuring that clients receive top-quality visuals to enhance property listings.
JoEllen stays current with market trends by working full-time, maintaining membership in two Idaho MLS/Boards, and continuously pursuing networking, research, and continuing education. Her expertise and use of cutting-edge technology enable her to provide top-tier service to her clients.
